Earlier this week we talked about how our Hedron products will protect you at the 5G level and beyond but many of you have been asking us now, "How can 5G be harmful to the body?", and so we wanted to take the time today to answer your question in
detail.
To start, it is important to understand the technology difference between 4G and 5G. Currently, 4G operates off of huge 90' cell phone towers with about a dozen antenna ports on each. 5G is a much different system operating off of "small cell" facilities or bases each with about 100 antenna ports. 5G relies primarily on the bandwidth of the millimeter wave (MMW). So what does
this mean exactly? Well the MMW's cannot travel as far, and so these bases will be on nearly every telephone pole, house, neighborhood, school, etc. Everywhere we turn, we will likely see these "bases" whereas right now, our cell phone towers are much more sporadic. As we know, cell phone radiation of any kind is incredibly harmful to the body increasing ones risk of cancer, heart conditions,
causing interruptions in your sleep patterns, and much more. 5G is no exception but what exactly makes these new 5G waves so different? Well, MMW's have not been widely used yet so while there is not a HUGE amount of research on these special waves, the research that has been done, has not been found to be beneficial.
